These terms govern your use of craftedcutsjerky.com and your purchases from Crafted Cuts Jerky. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders: placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm by email. Every order is made fresh — plan on about a week. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if we can't reach you to arrange payment); if we do, you'll be notified and owe nothing.

Payment: no payment is collected online at this time. We contact you the day before your order ships or is dropped off to arrange payment — cash, Zelle, or Venmo preferred. Orders unpaid at delivery or pickup time may be cancelled. Online card payment is coming soon.

Pricing: listed prices are for the standard bag sizes shown. If the scope of any order is larger or smaller to scale, prices may change — always with your approval first. Prices and availability can change until an order is confirmed. Sales tax is charged as required by Florida law.

Shipping and pickup: we currently ship within Florida only ($15 flat). Free pickup is available in Palmetto and Bradenton only — we'll text you a spot. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or at hand-off.

Food information: our jerky is made in a commercial kitchen. An official nutrition label is pending; until it is posted, assume the product contains soy. The Spicy flavor carries a gentle, mild-to-medium warmth; a Non-Spicy version is available.

Guarantee: if you're unhappy with an order, contact us at support@craftedcutsjerky.com within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it. Because jerky is a food product, we don't accept physical returns.

Accounts and acceptable use: keep your contact information accurate and your sign-in links to yourself. Don't abuse the site, attempt to access accounts or systems that aren't yours, scrape it, or use it unlawfully. The site's content, branding, and the Crafted Cuts Jerky name and logo are ours and may not be used without permission.

Your information: our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it's used — including that information you provide may be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes, with an opt-out available by email.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability: the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be disclaimed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Jerky Club (when offered): memberships renew automatically each cycle until paused or cancelled from your account.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts serving Manatee County, Florida. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
